At Unknown Supply Co., every order is made specifically for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Tapstitch.
Order Processing
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be produced and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Shipping Times
We currently use Special Line shipping for most orders.
After your order has been produced and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 5 days, with most orders arriving within 7-10 days.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated total time from order to delivery: approximately 6-14 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking information to follow your package’s progress.
Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after your order has shipped.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. Unknown Supply Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once an order has entered production or shipping.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to help resolve the issue.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible.
International Orders
We currently ship to supported destinations internationally. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
